Educational/Christian Sites

1. Pintrist--I love this website. I have looked up a lot of teaching ideas for my units on here. You can honestly find about anything you are looking for on here. The best part a out it is that you can pin (save) all the websites that you find ideas from so you can use them at a later date or whenever you want.

2. The fear of Grammar

3. Resources for Pre-Kindergarten
This site has great resources for teachers who are working with pre-kindergarten. Personally I think you could easily adapt it to work for kindergarten students. It covers a wide range of things, from math, reading, science, art, motor skills and many, many more. If I was going to be teaching in a pre-kindergarten room I would want to use this as one of my resources.

4.Fun Brain
I found this website while looking for ideas for my Math Unit. It is a website that has math games for the students to play. This would be a really good reward for students, they would not only just play games they would be practicing their math facts as well. It has math games, reading games,

5.Focus on the Family
Focus on the Family is a great christian website that has devos on it and great christian advice for everything you can think about. It has advice on marriage, life, family, and faith challenges. I have used this website many times and I love it.

6.Little Giraffes Kindergarten Class
I have used different things from each of them when working on school homework. I have found them very helpful.Mostly everything that was there was focused on young children...it is a blog about a kindergarten but you could adjust them to work with older grades as well.

7.The Hawk's Nest
This is a great site for math teachers or anyone who will be teaching math in the future. This is one of the website that I used to get ideas for my Unit in my Math Class and it was really helpful. I would use it again if I ever needed ideas for Math projects.

8.Organized Classroom
This is a great blog to show different ways to organize you classroom. I looked through some of the ideas and they were great. They were simple ways to keep your classroom as organized as possible.

9.The Crafty Classroom
This site would be a great website to use if you were in a christian classroom. It gives ideas of things that you can do with bible verses and different ways to incorporated them into your other subjects as well. I think it would be great to use some of those ideas if I end up in a christian school.

10. Free File Folder Games
This website is full of fun educational games that you can make to play with the students. I think it would be really helpful in a classroom.
